2. The dealing scope of company which will be registered
3. The rent contract of the office room
4. The certificate of the stockholder
The ID card or the Passport copy of the applicant which is nature person, it is should be notarized by your local lawyer and legalized by China Consulate.
The Business Registration Ordinance copy of applicant which is legal person, it is should be notarized by your local lawyer and legalized by China consulate.
5. Account of credit. The account should more than the Capitalization.
6. Capitalization : more than USD80,000
